Biden's top-secret documents special Counsel isn't so special at all. According to former Kansas attorney Phillip Klein says, the authority that Biden's special Counsel has is limited to just the documents. Whereas Trump's special Counsel has broad authority. The public is being fooled by the DOJ to look as if they are partial but is still protecting Biden.
