Air support: Multi-purpose attack helicopters

🚁 Within the special military operation, Western MD helicopter crews continue to destroy the hardware and facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, escort military convoys, as well as deliver personnel and military supplies. Air support is provided to the units on a daily basis.

✔️ All flights are conducted at extremely low altitudes.

🔄 Requests to support Russian mechanized infantry or tank units are sent several times per day or night shift from the fore front.

🔥 The riflemen of the Army Aviation support group provide air support to the helicopters, observe objects and vehicles on the ground, and detect enemy firing positions while patrolling the area.

🤝 Servicemen often risk their own lives to help evacuate civilians from the liberated settlements located at the front line of defense, covering them while approaching and boarding helicopters.
