My Mom (Celebration of Life)

Today my mother would have turned 70 years old. This woman is the reason I started Hops and Hope. I grew up without a father, but she raised me to know that I may not know my 'earthly' father, but I am loved by a Heavenly Father.

She was diagnosed with ALS in 2015 and I told her that as her strength weakened, our faith would grow stronger. In May of 2017, my sweet mother went home to be with the Lord.

Hops and Hope began in 2020 and my ministry is dedicated to a woman who showed me faith, love, acceptance, and hope. In Jesus, I believe and know without a doubt; that one day I'll get to be reunited with her and my savior. She's alive today just as my Father Jesus Christ is alive today!

Mom, happy 70th birthday! There is no greater gift that I can give to you than to honor you with the gift you gave me. Hope.
