Being a target of the CIA and other intelligence agencies like PET MI5 and the like, conducting nonconsensual human experimentation on me Stephen Bell, at least since 2008, this is beginning to take its toll on my health, in this video I talk about the very propagandized by the state arbiters of the program, health issues of mine! specifically as it relates to my guts and digestive system, which seems to be the weakest part of the human anatomy when affected with directed energy weapons D.E.W.
