First lawsuits filed against Illinois gun ban and registry

Bishop reviews the first lawsuits filed against Illinois' gun ban and registry. While the Illinois State Rifle Association filed theirs in federal court late Tuesday, earlier in the day attorney Thomas Maag filed a complaint in state court alleging the ban and registry violates the Second and Fifth amendment.
