WI 2020 "Fake" Elector Dismissed From Lawsuit

In Paul Sickel vs. Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) et al., Republican Commissioner, Bob Spindell has been singled out in an open records complaint against WEC due to his role as a "fake" elector for President Trump. Judge Robert Frost ruled that the complaint against the Wisconsin Elections Comission could proceed but he was dismissing the complaint against Bob Spindell. In related action, a news conference has been scheduled for today at 10am by WI Senate Democrats who will be calling for the resignation of Wisconsin Elections Commissioner Bob Spindell "after he celebrated successful voter suppression efforts in the 2022 election."
