The No Sugarcoating Truth: How Hollywood and Media Infiltrated Our Minds and Robbed Our Power

In this video I share how Hollywood and the Media created imaging and programming as well as false idols to worship to infiltrate our minds to rob us of our worth and power. The more externally distracted we become, the more out of tune with our bodies, intuitions and minds. This creates unworthiness and insecurity and from here the more out of power and insecure we feel, the more we try to use external things to "look good" all the while not feeling good internally.

This has fuelled so much addiction, obsession, self-sabotage with food and disconnect from our body and inate gifts.
