Biscuit on the wood stove use oil too

forgot to say vegetable oil. so it is flour, baking powder, water, vegetable oil. mix to a regular sort of dough. I could have cooked it faster than half an hour but the stove was not very hot. you can also make yourself a little rack with a piece of barbecue grill type stuff, maybe 4" high, 6" wide, and put it inside the wood stove. i use one of those to barbecue too. rake some coals out to the front.
