Sausage, Peppers, and Bowties

Another quick and simple pasta dish!

Ingredients:

8 oz. Farfalle Pasta (Bow Tie)
1 lb. Sausage
2 Red Bell Peppers (sliced)
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 tbsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
1/2 cup Beef or Vegetable Stock
Salt to taste

Instructions:

Sauté sausage and peppers until sausage is browned (about 5 minutes).
Add seasonings and stock and bring to a boil.
Stir in pasta. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
