Black Friday Cranberry Beef (Slow Cooker)

A quick an easy dinner ready when you return from Black Friday shopping!

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Beef (cut into chunks)
1 Onion (quartered)
2 cloves Minced Garlic
14 oz. can Cranberry Sauce
4 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (finely chopped)
Salt/Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
Cook on High for 4-5 hours, or Low for 8-10 hours. Serve over rice.
