Ingredients:

2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Bell Pepper (diced)
1 Onion (diced)
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

In a skillet, add beef, onions, and peppers, and cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain.
Add remaining ingredients (except cheese) and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
Serve on burger buns.
