A super easy and classic pie!

Ingredients:

4 Egg Yolks
1 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Zest of 1 Lime
Juice of 4 Limes (1/2 cup)
Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300º F.
Beat egg yolks with mixer on low speed until yolks are thick.
Add condensed milk and half of lime juice and mix until combined.
Add zest and remaining juice and mix.
Bake for 12 minutes. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
