Italian Steak Sandwiches

A dash of Italy on your steak sandwich!

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Beef Cube steak
1 Sliced Onion
1 tbsp. Butter
Basil Pesto
Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
1 Sliced Tomato
Bread (any type)
Salt/Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

Sauté onion in butter until caramelized. Remove from pan and set aside.
Fry steak for 3 minutes on each side.
Spread pesto on bread, add steak, cheese, onions, and tomatoes.
