Slow Cooker Red Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Chicken (cut into chunks)
4 tbsp. Red Curry Paste
2 Bell Peppers (sliced)
1 Onion (sliced)
3 cups Coconut Milk

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
Cook on High for 3-4 hours, or Low for 6-8 hours. Serve with jasmine rice.
