The making of three delicious and unique drip cakes you can easily replicate in your own kitchens :) The chocolate of choice is ganache, although if you are painting your drips, then I recommend melting white chocolate and adding in some vegetable oil to make it runny. This way it sets nice and hard, making it easy to paint, but runny enough to drip down your cake in a natural, non stumpy way. Short drips are anti climactic in my opinion. Enjoy! xx
