Ukraine commander attacks his troops

I don't know why he's doing this , you see reports / videos constantly of Ukrainian troops refusing to go into battle , the majority are usually from two reasons , 1) they have little to no equipment , ammunition and heavy weapon support , and 2) they don't wanna be cannon fodder and are sick of the constant meat grinder of Russian artillery and heavy entrenched positions. ..... But these guys might be drunk on duty for all i know , but this definitely looks bad .
