Channel Got a Fake copyright Strike | 19 JAN 2023

Well, it was a matter of time before this happened, I got a strike from a fake Gmail account regarding content from Warner Bros. Hogwarts Legacy game.
I go about how I dealt with the situation.

Counterclaim Text that I provided for the claim:

Good Morning.
The claim that gave my channel a copyright strike is not a valid one.
The claimant must be impersonating Warner Bros. since the only contact available is not an official email from that company and instead a Gmail account, [email protected]
If not mistaken the official email for these issues is [email protected]
After a quick search, I did find that the user of this email had made several claims on the platform impersonating a company, which I believe is a crime in the jurisdiction where Youtube operates and guides itself by.
Furthermore, The content supposedly claimed is at best fair use, since in the video I covered 2 upcoming games that belong to Warner bros, Hogwarts Legacy and Suicide Squad: Kill the justice league. The covered content is a screen-recorded video from 2 articles with some rumored information.
I only stated in my video some of the information detailed in those articles and gave my opinion of the matter, which by itself falls in the fair use policy.

With this information, I request that the strike is removed, my video reinstated and my channel be in good terms without the strike being in my channel history.
