In this video, a southern white man calls a black FedEx employee the n-word. I'm not sure why, but this video has sparked controversy and I want to talk about it.

We all know that no one should use the n-word, black or white. But what about when it's used by someone who isn't racist? In this case, the white man in the video doesn't seem to have a racist bone in his body. But why use the n-word at all then?

I think it's important to talk about this video and the controversy it's sparked. We need to raise awareness about the dangers of using the n-word and make sure that everyone knows that it's never acceptable.
