Is Bank of America having liquidity issues? Why are they blaming Zelle for their in-house issues?

Zelle deals with multiple banks not just Bank of America no other bank had issues with their clients accounts How can Zelle be responsible for what goes inside Bank of America accounts It seems very suspect to me Could they be having liquidity issues?
