The questioner asks about a visual experience they had during meditation. What proportion of the population (on Earth) call upon the portion of the Confederation that is channeled during these sessions? Can the meditation group publish the content of the Sunday night meditations? Can they (Rock Creek group) use the names provided by the entities?

Finally, Unknown and C channel Oxal. C simply asked to be conditioned by Oxal to better recognize their vibration.
