using oats as chum for Florida Yellowtail

Watch as Captain Carl Bish uses stone rolled oats as chum for yellowtail fishing. We are fishing off the coast of Marathon off the Florida Keys. They are the same oats thar we ate for breakfast as kids. They work great as you’ll see Carly and Abby load up some great fish for dinner.
