We are heading out to stage three of the Tour Down Under and female semi-pro cyclist Georgie Whitehouse takes me out in a cycling sprint competition. We also show scenes of the Santos Tour Down Under, and some of the beautiful riding that you can do in Adelaide. This was a monster 190km day.
