I interpret a division of the world into two halves. The other half, which includes China, Russia, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the European Economic Union, and the BRICs—all of which now also include the Gulf Cooperation Council—will be doing very poorly. Saudi Arabia, among other nations, will likely turn away from the failings of the west and embrace the opportunities of Asia.
