Over the weekend I decided to come up with an easy sweet cake recipe. I made it with some ingredients I had at home and the result was surprising.

Ingredients:

Dough
• 260g of sugar
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 1 cup of milk
• 400g wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon cake yeast

Filling
• 500 ml of milk
• 1 condensed milk (395g)
• 2 yolks
• 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 3 tablespoon corn starch

Roof
• 400g white chocolate or any other of your choice
• 200g of table cream

Method:

For the filling, put all the ingredients in a pan and only after stirring well do you turn on the heat and keep stirring, when it boils, turn off the heat and stir well with the liquid and set aside.

To make the dough, put everything in a bowl and add the milk little by little, and lastly the yeast, stir well until everything is homogeneous, at that time put it in a large refractory and then the cream that gives the filling.

Take to bake in preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.

Now chop and melt (in the microwave or in a water bath) the chocolate of your choice, add 1 cream of milk.

When removing the pie from the oven, pierce the dough and cover with the ganache and take the fridge until serving time.

*It can serve as dessert or as we prefer with a cup of coffee.
