Haenel has responded to the news reported by various media sources like Ammoland on the recent news about the HK patent lawsuit in Germany. It was reported, apparently erroneously, that all CR223's were to be confiscated and destroyed. This, according to Haenel, isn't true. It only applies to guns made prior to 2018. The guns made the last 5 years are not in violation of HK's patent according to Haenel.
