Sergeant Todd Stanley of the Butler Township Police Department violently punches woman in the face, while Officer Tim Zeller restrains her with one arm and holding a taser weapon to her head with the other. In the video at 1:06 you can clearly see the terror in this woman's eyes. She has no weapon, she's not spitting or kicking or swinging, and these gang bangers with the support of the public trampled her Constitutional rights right on camera for the world to see. The loser police Chief will help you contrast what your eyes just witnessed and what the thumb in a clown suit equates and assesses what his eyes have just seen.
