Ventura Police Department helping save a person..

Hey good morning everybody ,
Just a quick brief,
on the current situation and Ventura California..
Our Awesome Ventura Police department come to the rescue of some person in Distress.
Why, was this because of the Vaccine..
Why else would someone pull in an leave the vehicle if someone was still alive..

I just happen to be in the right place at the wrong time haha ..!
I observed a vehicle being abandoned and just figured at first that it was a drunk driver that pulled over and wanted to keep himself from going to jail and was calling for help as he walked across the parking lot ..
Then about 10 minutes later to Ventura PD show up and surround the Jeep and then a fire truck shows up and then an ambulance to make a long story short they haul someone away non-emergency and story ends..
