My FAVORITE Way to Use Zucchini | Zucchini Bread Recipe
Today I'm making zucchini bread using some zucchini from my freezer that I grew, grated, and froze last summer. This recipe works just as well with fresh zucchini too, so I love to make this in both the summer and winter. This is my favorite zucchini bread recipe, so definitely be sure to give this one a try!
This zucchini bread will be a great breakfast for us during the #50dollarfebruary2023 challenge!
Zucchini Bread Ingredients (I doubled these in this video since I made two loaves):
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar (I use slightly less)
1 cup shredded zucchini (I use 1 1/2 cups per loaf)
1 egg
1/4 cup cooking oil (I used olive oil)
Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes (my bread took slightly less time in this video).
