ALEC BALDWIN is CHARGED with MANSLAUGHTER in the SHOOTING DEATH of ‘RUST’ MOVIE DIRECTOR (😳)

Oscar Nominated Actor, Alec Baldwin, has been charged with manslaughter in the shooting death of ‘Rust” Movie Director of Photography (DoP) Halyna Hutchins.

It was first thought of as being a “prop” gun, or at least that’s what “they” told investigators. HOWEVER, it was later revealed that the guns were known and always known to be real, in fact, Alec Baldwin demanded that real guns be used during his films.

It’s been two years since the shooting, and now New Mexico Prosecutors feel confident that the shooting was not accident, but rather perpetrated “without due caution and circumspection fact” – as set forth under New Mexico’s Criminal Statute § 30-2-3 governing involuntary manslaughter.
