Biden Once Again Proves He Has No Idea What He's Talking About

In todays video We see that Joe Biden believes that Cops are no longer needed; instead Psychologists should be used in cases of domestic violence or when a person needs saved from their suicidal self. We turn this talking point right over on it's head and we can obviously see; that although they claim they never wanted to abolish or defund the police....that is exactly what they wish to see happen.
