From the title, this will make people think of one thing, and yes, there is some relevance that will be discussed.

In the continued process of checking the DHSC the first and third bodies I will look at are the Review Body on Doctors' and Dentists' Remuneration and the Administration of Radioactive Substances Advisory Committee, which are dealt with in relative short order.

This then means the area of interest is the second body I will discuss, which was the Accelerated Access Review, which existed between 2014 and 2016. It's not a great stretch to see how this name and 'Warp Speed' are effectively the same thing, because this is where the UK Government started the planning for what is now the destruction of safety protocols in the health sector.

The main 'bogeyman' that got this nefarious plan in motion was the Wellcome Trust, and the delivery system to create the international network was the Department for International Development (DfID).

Everything we witnessed from 2020, and the bastardisation of the health sector that is now in place, via such means as the '100 days' response programme, all stems from this plan.

In addition, I touch on how the system now works through newly created bodies, whereby the taxpayer funds any and all R&D, it is then fed through a non-existent authorisation process, and big pharma not only holds no liability, it doesn't put a penny into any stage until the mass production phase when the purchases are already agreed, and to be paid for by the taxpayer (under a production system that is also void of safety).

The taxpayer pays for every step of the way, including with their life.
