Slaughterbots - Release the swarm

The LX-700K Liberator is a slaugherbot with swarm of inexpensive microdrones used by artificial intelligence with facial recognition and just 3 grams of shaped explosives to can be programmed to seek-out and eliminate known individuals or classes of individuals (such as individuals wearing an enemy military uniform). Technically this can be used to assassinate political opponents or dissentients (a person who opposes a majority or official opinion) based on preprogrammed criteria.
