Today we're making a classic, Beef and Broccoli! This not-so-Chinese dish is simple and easy to prepare. In this video, I also teach you how to properly "velvet" tougher/economy cuts of beef. It's a technique used by many restaurants to create tender and, delicious beef. With the right amount of prep, this dish can feed the family in less than 20 mins of cooking time.
