Certification as a Space Holder ; The ancient method of Kumbhaka

I am offering a certification to all Space Holders who Own an NFT from my collection "Brotherhood of the Kin". It will be a certification on Kumbhaka and Rhythmic Breathing from a system that has ancient roots in the Indus valley Harappan civilization. It is called the Bridge, named after the Tibetan Name Nyida Khajor meaning, "The Bridge - The Union of the Sun and Moon". It will encompass the three levels of developing capacity (Minor, Medium, and Major). As well as the Four characteristics of Kumbhaka, the Vase Hold. And the 4 applications of rhythmic breathing. As well as the 8 Movements of Lungsang for purifying the body, breath, and mind. This work is only available to members of the Brotherhood who own an NFT, and they will receive their certification from me as an NFT. I will work closely with each member to assure the highest quality.

All NFT Holders will be able to access unlockable content through a link given to each Space Holder. The reason I am offering this now is I believe that people are now ready for this work to be made public. And to prepare for this certification will require an inner , and outer immersion.

Once you enter into the Brotherhood you are confronted with the Outer Practices : Which are to align with Natural Time. Allowing your days to be in alignement with the rising and setting of the sun. Months are measured by the waxing and waning phases of the Moon with each month beginning on the New Moon. And the observance of years measured by the Sun moving through the four seasons; the summer and winter solstice, and the spring and autumn equinox. This is the Union of the Sun and Moon.

The Inner practice is to integrate the Tzolkin, meaning the Great Wheel. The spiritual calendar of the ancients comprising 13 Lunar tones , and 20 solar archetypes creating 260 combinations that are called, "KIN". This encompasses learning the 13 tones, the 20 archetypes, and the 13-day cycle called a Trecena.

The Subtle-body practice is to learning the harmonize the union of the sun and moon within through the pranayamas of Rhythmic Breathing and Kumbhaka.
