Worlds Oldest Computer Found in Shipwreck 💻 #shorts

Faust Checho dives into the Antikythera Mechanism, a 2000-year old computer discovered by divers in a shipwreck off the coast of Antikythera, Greece.

It was dated to about 87 BC which makes it the worlds oldest computer but what’s more amazing is the mechanism itself which tracked the orbit of the sun and the moon. It also helped Greek astrologists predict eclipses.

But the origins of its inventor is still a mystery to this day.
