Through the artificial person (corporation) and the SIN we are acting in the capacity of AGENT OF THE CROWN and therefore bound by section 32 and 52 of the Charter(and all other Acts,Statutes, Regulations, Codes, Rules of Court, Rules of Civil Procedure...) proven through Case Law.
