Beloved 35-year-old middle school teacher collapses in front of students, dies suddenly

Teacher Jacob Sanchez (35) of Devine Middle School suddenly collapsed in front of his students on Thursday January 5th, 2023.

Principal Kandi Darnell was with him just minutes before he collapsed. “He seemed fine and everything seemed fine,” she said.

The batch of his first dose, EJ1985, is associated with at least 2819 adverse reaction reports of which 4.75% were severe and 1.77% were lethal.

The batch of his second dose, EJ1686, is associated with at least 1932 adverse event reports of which 7.37% were severe and 3.93% were lethal.
