The Running Light...   ...is a light...   ...for running.  In fairness, the name does tell the story.  This light I have found is not that good for trail running.  Reason being, you can't adjust the beam independent of the unit.  Where it does "shine" though, is running round town / the city.  Especially on the strobe mode, it does a good job making you, the runner, visible at night.  Which will hopefully keep a motorist from running you over...
