PAW AND ORDER: Double Dog Napper Seized

A woman filmed stealing two pet dogs from the front garden of a home to reportedly use them for breeding has been seized by police in Florida.

CCTV footage of the dog napping in Polk County shows the woman kneeling down and luring the dogs towards her with treats in her hands.

As they get within reach, she scoops them up into her arms and calmly walks to her SUV where she pops them on the back seat.

Officers later tracked down and arrested 49-year-old Sherry Corner In Lakeland, after the dog's owner posted the footage on Facebook.

Corner is now facing theft charges and the dogs have been returned to their relieved owners.

Police say 18 other dogs were found in the house where Corner claims to be a dog breeder.

Animal Control was called in and scanned all dogs, but none were microchipped, said police.
