1.27.22 | The Gospel continues to spread and change lives. We are introduced to Stephen in chapter 7 who would be the first Christian martyr recorded in Scripture. Stephen's bold witness gave rise to the first wave of persecution of the early Christians, but his martyrdom marks the beginning of the spread of the Good News beyond the borders of Judaism and into the world.
