Somebody didn’t do their job.

The giveaway Civic had some work done rather recently but not everything was done. Sometimes shops try to make a couple extra bucks or maybe they were trying to save the owner part of their deductible. Either way, it is frowned upon by the insurance company paying the bill. I do commend them for using all OEM parts!
