When I was a teen, I played the first Raiden SHMUP game and LOVED it. Since that point, I have played every game in the series. During the PlayStation 2 (PS2) days, I tracked down the "Raiden Project" for the original PlayStation (PS1). The "Raiden Project" contains the first two Raiden games. These games were originally developed by Seibu Kaihatsu. When Raiden III was released on the PS2, I had to buy that one. When Raiden IV was released on the PlayStation 3 (PS3), I had to buy that one too. Unfortunately, I only have the digital edition of that game. In this video, I show "The Raiden Project." The compilation contains the following games: Raiden and Raiden II. Towards the end, I switch over the Raiden III on the PS2. To connect the PS2, I have Sony component cables connected to a RetroTink 2x Pro and that feeds into the Marseille Inc mClassic. Z-Warp is a vertical shoot'em up (shmup / stg / etc) by eastasiasoft, presented in retro pixel art style. The game features frenetic arcade-inspired action where blasters, bombs and KILLER specials are your only allies. Shoot down demonic enemies as they try to overwhelm your ship with bullet hell salvos and turn the tide of battle by charging your KILLER weapon capable of instantly wiping out anything in a tight radius around your ship! Face massive boss abominations and aim for high scores in Story or Endless modes. As the story goes: In the Year 21XX, a starship capable of space-time warping was constructed and launched, only to be lost to the unknown depths of space on its maiden voyage. When a distress signal is received, it falls to you, the most accomplished pilot in Z-Division, to find the experimental ship and retrieve its black box for investigation. Z-Warp is a vertical shoot'em up (shmup / stg / etc) by eastasiasoft, presented in retro pixel art style. The game features frenetic arcade-inspired action where blasters, bombs and KILLER specials are your only allies. Shoot down demonic enemies as they try to overwhelm your ship with bullet hell salvos and turn the tide of battle by charging your KILLER weapon capable of instantly wiping out anything in a tight radius around your ship! Graze Counter GM is a top-down scrolling 2D shooting game where you charge your gauge by getting dangerously close to enemy fire, then unleash it as a powerful enemy obliterating "Graze Counter"! Each ship has a "Counter Gauge" that charges by being in close proximity to enemy bullets. You then use this charge to unleash powerful attacks.Destroying enemies with these special attacks gives you stars which are collected and used to build the "Break Gauge".Once the break gauge reaches MAX, you can activate "Break Mode" for a temporary yet intense firepower boost!

- 7 total stages consisting of 5 stages + 2 alternate stages. Including a continuous "All Stages" mode.
- 4 difficulty levels.
- 4 unique story modes featuring fun interactions between the game's variety of characters.
