We thoroughly enjoyed this cook! We are starting to understand how good grits can be. And the best thing about it was how easy it was, The taste was incredible, loaded with lots of flavor. Enjoy our take on Shrimp and Grits!

Ingredients:
1 cup Grits
4 cups Chicken stock
Soy Sauce
Parmesan cheese
8- 12 count raw shrimp
1 red pepper chopped
7 cloves garlic
1 lb bacon chopped
Red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
2 sticks butter
Juice from 1 lemon
