This was a very tasty plate. We love this from PF Changs and taste even better homemade!

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground chicken
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1-2 tablespoon Sriracha
2-4 green onions, chopped
salt and pepper
1 head butter lettuce
