2023 Residency in Mexico for past tourists in ONE WEEK

I had a chat with my immigration agent in Mexico, Sergei, about a little-know government program that allows anyone who has been to Mexico as a tourist between 2015 and 2021, to obtain a 4 year residency permit. After 4 years this permit can be turned into permanent residency with minimal physical presence requirements
