Sprint for 10-15 sec
Rest for 50 sec
Repeat 10 times
Sprinting for yards:
50 yards - 30-sec rest
60 yards - 35-sec rest
70 yards - 40-sec rest
80 yards - 45-sec rest
90 yards - 50-sec rest
100 yards - 60-sec rest
90 yards - 50-sec rest
80 yards - 45-sec rest
70 yards - 40-sec rest
60 yards - 35-sec rest
50 yards
Yard Shuttle:
10 yards - Back & forth
15 yards - Back & forth
20 yards - Back & forth
25 yards - Back & forth
