"Joe Homeowner" refinances his mortgage about every 7 years according to Bankrate.com. Judges, however, "bank" on refinancing every year, or two. Take a look at all of these DISCHARGES. Why does HE get to remove Massachusetts homeowners from THEIRS homes?? Something is just not right, here.
