It's time for another adventure with the Perkins Brothers and Crew adding an addition to a friends home as part of a kitchen remodel! This project is a "filler" job while the Perkins Team waits for the drywall to be installed and finished on the Mountain Cabin Project.
In this episode Erik meets with the homeowners to check out the project and come up with a plan that can be turned in to the building department to secure a building permit for the project! There is lots of good advice and things to look for if you are thinking about doing something similar at your own house!
