In about 3 months I went from a 40 waste & 170 lbs to losing 17lbs & 6 inches around my waste. YUM! I'm male 5'3" tall petite frame. June 1977 when I graduated high school I had a 30" waste 30" long pants, YUM! I weighed 120 lbs, YUM! I was lean even at that & proved I was lean by getting the certificate of excellent health award by the marines in the grade before my 12th grade year so in 1976. on 4-3-1976 my WW2 vet marine dad died of heart attack. he just pasted a complete VA physical less then a week before he died. he was so happy that he pasted the VA physical "WITH FLYING COLORS" he said. he was going to go to work on the day he fell to the floor with his FIRST then died 3 days later in the ICU at the hospital with the FIRST & last heart attack. he had NO HEALTH ISSUES until then. he got up from the chair he was relaxing in before his work day took 2 steps twards the door to get to his truck in our driveway & fell down with the heart attack 10' from the door. when the EMT got to our house the EMT's got him stable enough to transport. he was in the ICU for 3 days when he died on 4-3-1976 he was just 56 years old. I will be 65 on 6-19-2023 this year. mom, she died of lung cancer on 6-18-1989 shes been gone/ dead for over 30 years, Dad he's been gone/ dead over 40 years. both smoked but never really drank & never smoked weed or did drugs. mom was dying for 6 months. dad was dying for only 3 days. both smoked like smoke stacks but did nothing other then just tobacco. oh wait smoking stuff don't kill does it! don't the pot smokers & tobacco company's say "NO ONE HAS EVER DIED OF SMOKING" heheheheheHA! what idiots not the people who say it. its the people who believe that CRAP! pot has 10 times the tar & THC (why does a human need THC? ANSWER the human body DON'T need THC or TAR or nicotine these things are poison to a human. anything more then a shot glass of alcohol 8 hours apart is poison to a human. you people who don't KNOW the difference between pot & alcohol its SIMPLE weed is a vary DIRTY drug, alcohol is a VARY CLEAN gem killing drug. hospitals can't even open there doors without alcohol for inside & the outside of the human body. weed is fealty worst then tobacco all are poisonous to humans though. never have never will. just for the simple FACT all 3 smoking, alcohol & drugs /weed deplete your body of important vitamins & nutrients I will NEVER ever do them! today is 1-25-23
