How I Increased my Income while Working Less

I was able to triple my income last year……by doing less.

In today’s video we’re going to cover how doing less everyday can make you more money.

If you’re new to the channel, my names Bryan. I run an ecommerce company that does multiple six figures a year in profit and I want to help you do the same.

See, in business or entrepreneurship (in the beginning) you should be adding things to your plate. In this stage, the more you do, typically the more you’ll get back.

You should be doing more on each specific domain or business you’re working on (working harder vertically), but you should also be diversifying and doing more horizontally across businesses too (IMO).

But at a certain point as you scale, it becomes about subtracting things that are more of distractions & not good ROIs (either money-wise or time-wise) so you can focus more on those that are.

Once you’ve got some traction and you’ve gotten some results, you should be doubling down on what’s working well and cut out almost everything else that might just be working “well enough."
